Lake Powell bird walk

The lake is regularly visited by Australian shelduck, Australasian shoveler, grey teal and Pink-eared ducks. Swans, grebes and cormorants are common visitors. Ibis, herons, spoonbills, swamphens and crakes are found around the edges. Swamp harrier, white-bellied sea eagle, eastern osprey and whistling kite may be seen overhead. Western rosella, red-eared firetail, white-breasted robin and red-winged fairy-wren are often seen along the access track.
